(the “Company”) recognizes the importance of personal information in operating its business and believes that thoroughly protecting such information is one of its most important responsibilities. In order to provide our customers with peace of mind and trust, we establish the following policy, ensure that all employees are fully informed of it, and strive to protect personal information. The Company will also handle information relating to corporate and other organizational customers appropriately in the same manner as personal information.

To realize the protection of personal information, the Company will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, guidelines issued by relevant ministries and agencies, and other applicable laws and regulations.

The Company will establish a management framework for the protection of personal information that is appropriate to its business operations, and will handle personal information properly and carefully in accordance with internal rules and regulations.
(1) Acquisition of Personal Information
When acquiring personal information, the Company will clearly specify the purpose of use and will obtain such information by lawful and fair means, such as through written documents (including application forms), web screens, orally, and other methods. The Company may also acquire personal information in connection with the succession of business due to a merger or other reasons.
(2) Use and Provision of Personal Information
The Company will strictly manage personal information and, regarding its use or provision, will use it only within the scope of the purposes for which the individual has given consent, except where permitted or required by laws and regulations.
(3) Handling of Anonymized Personal Information
With respect to information that has been processed so that a specific individual cannot be identified (anonymized information), the Company will establish guidelines and handle such information appropriately from the standpoint of strictly protecting customers’ privacy.
3. Security Control Measures
To ensure the accuracy and security of personal information, the Company will take reasonable measures against risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, leakage, loss, or damage.
4. Supervision of Employees and Contractors

To ensure the proper handling of personal information, including the implementation of security control measures, the Company will provide necessary education and training to its employees.

The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information in connection with the provision and sale of various services, marketing operations, and other activities. In such cases, the Company will select contractors that it deems capable of properly handling personal information, and will stipulate appropriate matters in outsourcing agreements, including security control measures, confidentiality obligations, conditions for subcontracting, and other matters related to the handling of personal information, and will provide necessary and appropriate supervision.
5. Continuous Improvement of the Personal Information Protection Management System (Compliance Program)
To maintain our personal information protection management system (compliance program) in the best possible condition, the Company will continuously review and improve it.
